Ordering process and customer information
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Orders will be processed no later than the next working day after receipt of the order. If you have chosen pick-up as the delivery method, we will notify you when the products can be picked up from the store, if you have not indicated the desired completion date.
We will send the products you have ordered by post as soon as possible, usually within a few days of receiving your order. If any of the goods in your order are out of stock, we will contact you. Sometimes the product is completely out of stock, leaving it for post-delivery. We will then contact you and announce a new estimated delivery time, after which you can decide for yourself whether to keep the order valid despite the longer delivery time or whether to cancel the order.
Laatupalkinto is not responsible for changes in the delivery times of third parties that affect the delivery of products. Public holidays and holiday seasons can have a delaying effect on deliveries
Right to return the product
Products that have been personalized by the customer, such as the affixing or engraving of genre codes, have no right of exchange or return.
Unidentified products have the right to exchange or return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We will only accept returned products that are in perfect condition and free of defects.
Failure to pick up the package is not a refund. The customer is responsible for the delivery costs incurred for the exchange or return, as well as for the proper packaging of the return. If the product is damaged or defective, report the defect immediately. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the transport service provider upon receipt of the consignment.
Product error correction If the delivered product is damaged, you can make an error message about the product and leave the so-called damaged product. as a customer return to the mail. In this case, you do not have to pay the postage. At the same time, please let us know if you will return the product and want a refund, or if you would like us to ship a similar product to replace the defective one. For a refund, please provide an account number.
